Terms of Service

FollowForge is provided by One Stop Marketing FZE, a company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Its registered details are provided on request to anyone with a legitimate reason to ask — including any customer, regulator or data-protection authority.

FollowForge imports leads you provide, scores them by how overdue they appear to be for follow-up, and helps you record and complete follow-up tasks.

The recovery score is a prioritisation tool, not a prediction. It orders your leads by how neglected they look, using the data you gave us. It does not forecast revenue and does not promise that any lead will convert. Any figure we label an estimate — including recoverable pipeline — is an estimate, and we make no guarantee of any financial outcome.

FollowForge is new and is being actively built. Features may change, move or be removed; there is no uptime commitment and no service level agreement. If the service is going to be discontinued, we will give you reasonable notice and time to export your data before it goes.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

FollowForge is a business tool and is not intended for personal use. You must be at least 18, or otherwise legally able to enter a contract where you live, and if you are signing up for a company you must be authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Your data stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the lead data you upload, and for using it lawfully — including any consent, marketing and data-protection rules that apply to contacting those people. FollowForge only sends an email when you press Send or schedule it, from the Gmail account you connected, and you are the sender of it.

How we handle it is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Follow-up drafts are generated by a third-party language model and are suggestions, not finished messages. They can be wrong or inappropriate for the situation. Read and edit anything before you send it. You are responsible for what you send.

Do not use FollowForge to send spam or unlawful messages, to upload data you have no right to hold, to attempt to access another customer’s data, to probe or overload the service, or to build a competing product from it. We may suspend accounts doing these things, and we will tell you why.

Billing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payments are taken by Stripe on behalf of One Stop Marketing FZE. Where we are required to charge VAT or another tax, it is shown at checkout.

Changing plan. Moving to a different plan or billing period takes effect straight away. The difference for the rest of the current period is added to, or credited against, your next invoice.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing or cancel, online, without contacting anyone. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. Your workspace and data are not deleted when a plan ends; it returns to the free limits.

No refunds. Payments are non-refundable, including for the unused part of a monthly or yearly period, for a plan you did not use, or when you cancel part way through a period. Nothing in this paragraph removes a right to a refund you have by law.

Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails we will ask you to update your card, and your plan keeps working in the meantime. If it is not paid, the plan ends and the workspace returns to the free limits.

Price changes. If a price changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you do not want it.

Plan limits — leads, team members and AI drafts — are enforced by the service. Exceeding one means an action is refused, not an automatic charge.

Anything a customer uploads to FollowForge is private to their own workspace and is never published to anyone else. If you nonetheless believe material stored or sent through FollowForge infringes your copyright, email support@followforge.xyz with: who you are and how to reach you, the work you say is infringed, where the material is (or the email it was sent in), and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised and that your notice is accurate. We will investigate, remove material that infringes, and tell the customer concerned, who may respond.

We aim to keep FollowForge available and to look after your data, but the service is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, or the outcome of any follow-up you did or did not send. Our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using FollowForge and close your account at any time. Deleting your organization deletes the leads, imports, follow-ups and scores that belong to it.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data first.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah. If something goes wrong, email us first — almost everything is settled that way, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
